If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at hello@gutful.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but will always comply with your legal rights.
