At The Gutful Group Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive experience for our customers.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of flavour, or if you do not notice a specific result.

As our blends are consumable products, they cannot be returned once opened due to health and safety regulations.

 

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@gutful.com.au

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.

4. Returns Process

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if required).

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
